Looking at the craps table, you can see many bettings that have a lot of payouts. These are 1-role bets. None of them will give back the real odds. These bets should be avoided as they may run out of funds very quickly.
Skilled players know that there are 36 possible combinations that each can be made with a pair of dice with numbers from 1 to 6. For example, the number 7 can be rounded in 6 ways, such as 6 and 1. 1 and 6; 5 and 2; 2 and 5; 4 and 3; 3 and 4. Numbers 6 and 8, 5 ways. Numbers 5 and 9, 4 ways. Numbers 4 and 10, 3 ways. 3 and 11, two ways. One is 2 and 12.
With the above in mind, the bed to avoid and the reasons for playing are as follows.
field
This is one roll bet that the player wins if 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12 is displayed and 5, 6, 7, or 8 is displayed. Payout is money other than 2/12 paying 2/12. Beginner players will see the field and think that "there are seven figures to win and only four are to lose". However, totaling the number of victories yields a total of 16. The total number of combinations lost is 20. The winning number appears with a probability of 45%, but the loser is 55%. The edge of the house is about 6%.
All Craps
If there are 2, 3, or 12 roles, another roll bet paying 7/1. If you add them all, the true odds will be 9/1. The edge of the house is about 11%.
Arbitrary seven
The worst thing bet for players. Odds are against 6/1, and the dividend is only 4/1. If you really want to make this bet, you do not have my advice. The edge of the house is about 17%.
Hardware bets
These are the even total of 4, 6, 8, 10. In the age of monopoly, I knew them as multiples. Two 2 = 4, etc. In the world of craps, these are known as hard ways. When the player chooses to place a bet on Hardway, if betting that particular number is wagering, only even numbers are displayed, for example 8 and 4. Now all the other 4 combinations that make up 8 are losers. Hardway's bet is lost when seven or eight besides 4 and 4 appear. Odds are 10 to 1, but the dividend is only 9/1. The end of the hard 4 or 10 house is about 11%, about 9% of the hard 6 or 8.
Horn bed
One roll bet betting that 2, 3, 11, or 12 will emerge. Betting must be done in multiples of 4 units. In the case of 2 or 12, 30 / 1,3 or 11, 15/1, 3 less losing bets will be paid. These numbers only show 1/6 chance. You can bet these numbers individually. There is not your best bet. The edge of the house is about 12.5%.
C & E (Craps & Eleven)
The C & E Bet is actually a combination of any Craps (2, 3, 12) Bet, or 11 (AKA Yaw) Bet. Basically, betting on C and E is betting that the shooter is waving the craps numbers (2, 3, or 12) or 11. Hitting one of these numbers will win the bet.
The probability that a bet of C and E hits is 1/6. Dividends will vary for each part of the bet. If the number of garbage rises, it will pay 3/1. 11 rolls, 7/1. The total area of the house is 11%.
Fire Bet
Not all casinos offer this bet. If the shooter creates at least four different point numbers, the better will win. Only the different point numbers are counted. The pay table is quadrupled from 1/10/1 payment to 2000/1. In this extreme event, how much is the edge of the house 25%!
Hop Bet
This is a one-roll oral bet that is hardly played as most betters do not know it. Players may bet that dice hop to a particular combination in the next role. For example, if 8 is rolled back as 6 and 2, say "$ 6 for $ 6 and $ 2 for $ 2" to the dealer. If that happens, you will pay 15/1. You can also call up the "Four hops and four hops of eight hops" hard ways. If you are lucky, you win the 30/1. All callouts are allowed. All payments are the same. This is a typical football bet. Depending on the called hop combo, the edge of the house can range from about 5% to 12%.
The best bet sticks to the line bet, pass, do not pass, come, do not come with odds bets and place numbers 6 and 8.
