 How to make your own Italian fine dining menu -2

Italian luxury restaurants can be enjoyed at home, fine restaurants, or even tasteful restaurants. The wonderful thing about Italian cuisine is that it's not too difficult. This ingredient is fresh and robust and is easy to find even in the American market. Even Italian gourmet recipe is certainly easy to make.

Of course, in order to experience Italian luxury restaurants at home, Diner has to prepare a beautiful table with the best dinner service, linen, candle and flower centerpiece. They may want to print place settings and menus for their guests. The sample menu is as follows.

Antipasti: Capelletti di Romagna

These are "small hats" in the region of Romagna, packing ricotta cheese and offering it in Boronese meat sauce.

Salad: Piatto Freddo di Ortaggi

This Sicilian salad is a cold dish of eggplant, sweet yellow and red pepper and olive oil, mild onion throwing wine vinegar and fresh herbs.

Soup: Minestra del Paradiso

This is a paradise soup and can be made as easily as possible. It is made of eggs, salt and pepper, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese, soft breadcrumbs and beef.

Meat: Agnello Rustico

This is a roast leg of a lamb, sprinkling lemon juice and cultivated pecorino or parmesan cheese.

Poultry: Anatra Ripiena

It is roasted in slices of bacon wrapped around the chest and bread breaded beef, pork, pork and beef sausage meat, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, milk and salt and pepper.

Vegetable: Calchofi Fritty

These are artichokes, soaked in an oil fried batter.

Fish: Triglie alla Ligure

This is a Ligurian style of red moch with anchovy fillet, tomato, black olives, capapper, dry white wine, herb with lemon wedge.

Rice: Risotto alla Bolognese

This risotto has a little charm. It is made with bacon and Prokit, Bolognese meat sauce and thin slices of truffle scattered over.

Dessert: Pestringolo

It soaked overnight with sweet citrus Scheerslutana, almonds, honey, pine nuts, walnuts and all the best fruit cakes, a lot of dried figs to fill them.

Gourmet Recipes

Saltyillon Kaka Alla Sorrento

  • 12 slices of cow milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Four cups butter
  • 3/4 pounds of tomatoes, peeled, seeded, minced finely
  • 2 or 3 branches or parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. Oregon
  • 12 prosciuto
  • Mozzarella cheese 12 sheets
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper taste

Flat calves with a pulverizer. Then the heat is 5 tablespoons. Put oil and butter and fry the calf on both sides. Please shake the salt and pepper. Please make it hot.

In a separate pot, heat the oil, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and cook until tomatoes are broken up.

Place a proscuitto slice and a mozzarella slice in each slice of the calf. Sprinkle one tablespoon of tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Put the calf in a shallow baking dish and bake in a hot oven until the cheese melts. 4 to 6 are provided.
