 Land staging - the magic of access -2

Do not provide convenient access to the proposed residential area in the land area is like indicating the door locked home. This is one of the most important principals in staging the land and is overlooked by the owner / agent of the marketing land and provides convenient access. By providing access, we decide what is best and what is the best and where to lead the customer exactly. There are five rules below.

Rule # 4 to provide convenient access. Customers need to be able to walk and drive sweet spots easily and safely. I am assuming that a female broker of a city couple always carries the Lexus SUV to the sweet spot. This makes me "secure broker drive" to make it navigable easily so that there are no branches or twigs that will hurt the vehicle.

Rule 5 Do not do it any more. Do not cut trees more than necessary and cut down around big trees. Please do not put it in a big drive because the new owner may want to change the location.

Remember, people who buy land need access to sweet spots easily, quickly and safely, not Lewis & Clark's expedition. In addition, other brokers can show customers. Providing convenient access increases opportunities to sell your land exponentially.

I've seen parcels of hundreds of lands, but few have provided clear access to the space I really need to see. Access stands out parcels of your land and sells faster at higher prices. This is magic of access.
