Humor - Natural Laughing Gas -2

Humor is an attribute of God. It separates us from the rest of the animal (perhaps excluding smoky hyenas). C & amp; light up. Was funny.

Laughter releases endorphins, demonstrates creativity and makes the world better. Humor is also the best way to overcome challenges. You can lift your spirit, increase your attitude, relieve tension, change your emotions, improve your quality of life.

More than a year ago, my dear friend died after a five year battle with breast cancer. Jennifer smiled and laughed and laughed tremendously, but suffered seriously for the cancer that remained behind the wonderful husband and the four young children. She was just 41 years old.

Before the battle with cancer, she experienced a perfect and happy life. She is inherently an adventurous and curious spirit and she spent her days with curiosity and excitement like a child. There is nothing to gain insight into her great happiness and joy, than enjoying and exploring the wonders of this world with her family.

One thing Jennifer remembers is that fun and entertaining things came to her. She had a good time and made the last memories. I can still listen to her unlimited, laughter today as if she were still here. It was as unique and recognizable as her passion for life.

My family got the opportunity to visit Jennifer on Thanksgiving holiday just before losing the next January. What I remember most about what I last visited was the joy and pleasure of life that still remains in her attitude and expression. Immediately surrounded by family and friends, she felt joy at that moment.

At this stage of her cancer, the act of breathing was toiled. She was trapped in a wheelchair and was connected by a tube running to an oxygen tank. Nonetheless, while Jennifer did not want to quietly turn attention to himself, everyone was turning himself from room to room soaked in everything. Every time was precious to her.

During the course of the evening, everyone gathered around a big kitchen table, like the tradition inside the house, to decorate the gingerbread house. At some point in these wonderful moments, I can unintentionally put my feet in my mouth. This was a part of my personality who was not the most highly appreciated by Jennifer for years but accepted nonsense from romance (or pity) for my wife and child and often with her husband I said "Two piece comedian once said:" If God did not have much sense of humor, you would never have created a person, "I think most women, including Jennifer, agree.

When commenting on Jen's husband we had a great time around the kitchen table. "Did you try replacing the oxygen tank of Sam, Jenni with one filled with helium?"

You should have heard everyone, especially Jennifer laugh. I appreciate the merit that her mother and father laughed, or I would have been a big problem. I can smile and laugh and listen to see Jennifer tied to a wheelchair running oxygen tubes in her nose. This magnificent woman taught me the importance of living to the last shortness of breath from when I was frail and died after receiving years of surgery and chemotherapy. She was alive, she loved and she laughed as long as life and God were releasing her.

A passage of the Bible affirmatively declares "to be a good cheer". (John 16: 33) Another classical section declares that "People are getting joy." I believe that such a thing is the purpose and design of our existence. With humor and laughter, we can find and demonstrate this part of our divinity.

There are three things you can do to utilize natural laughter gas in your life:

1. Celebrate your birthday every day.
Try a new morning morning every day as if it were the first day of the rest of your life. One day for rebirth and rejuvenation. Let 's celebrate throwing a random birthday party (not your actual birthday) for "for just reason" for yourself. Please come to work or home and be sure to put balloons, horn blowers and cakes. Throw an instant birthday party, not their actual birthday, to surprise someone else (colleagues, boss or neighbors). Do you think someone really worries? trust me. Everyone will get a big applause on celebrating "informal" parties.

2. Please search for all humor.
Humor does not necessarily mean "two nuns enter the bar". Not being hiding the clear cushion behind the sofa's pillow the next time you visit, it's always perfect for cheap laughter. True, natural humor is to recognize and find minor aspects of everyday events and situations. It is about not taking too much seriously about life (and yourself). Please record the interesting things that happen in your life with your journal or planner. Change these into a humorous story, share it with family, friends, friends, and bring a laugh at others' lives.

3. Host "A wonderful Funnies" party.
Everyone has interesting lines and storyline stories that change from stitching to favorite characters, comedians, or actors, each time they hear it. You have interesting such such influences in your mind, such as red skeleton, old skit of Carol Burnett, classic Bill Murray's one liner from movies, skillful dialogue from Seinfeld's episode, that Remind me of. Everyone should hold a party to introduce your favorite lines and sketches from movies, TV shows, or books all the time. You can also gather these prior to the party and create and edit "Best of" DVDs that identify each person's clip. I will never have a better time, I will laugh more.

If you feel tense that the next life begins to lose you or stressful situations hurt the peace of your heart, please put a little humor and brighten the situation. Remember what the character of Sergeant Haruka told a film soldier of film stripes: "Lion Up Francis". Time to make you bright, Francis, or whatever your name is. Everyone seriously please stop all things. If you were lucky you might discover your own "interesting bone".
