When we say Italian food, we are talking about pizza. 9 out of 10 people are thinking about pizza when they want to go out for Italian. Perhaps there are many countries' cuisines in many countries, some of which are always popular internationally as well. Italy has two kinds of popular dishes, pasta and of course pizza.

Pizza did not actually begin in Italy, but in the Middle East I used bread to eat toppings and seasonings without using bread and dishes. The Greeks were called this early pizza planant and were basically used as edible plates when eating stew or gravy. There is not yet what we call pizza today. Italy has many famous pizzas, but Pizza Margherita sets standards.

Italian pizza

1. Pizza Margherita - This pizza was first created in 1899 when Queen Marghereta visited Napels to escape from the cholera epidemic in northern Italy. The material used to make the pizza of Margherita is tomato, mozzarella cheese, basil, imitating the color of the flag of Italy.

2. Pizza Marinara - traditional Naples pizza with plenty of oregano, anchovy and garlic.

3. Pizza Alla Napoletana (Naples) - It is based on tomato, mozzarella and anchovy.

4. Pizza Capricciosa - mushrooms, prosciutto, artichokes heart, olive and boiled egg topping.

5. Pizza Pugliese - I will use local capers and olives. Tomato, mozzarella, topping with onion.

6. Pizza Veronese - There is a mushroom and a soft Prosciutto crudo.

7. Sicilian pizza - There are many toppings ranging from green olives, seafood, hard eggs, peas.

8. Pizza Ai Quattro Formagi - Use four cheese combinations, using three local cheeses, such as fresh Mozzarella and Gorgonzola, ricotta, parmigiano-reggiano.

9. Pizza Quattro Stagioni - divided into 4 sectors based on tomatoes, one for each season: Spring: olives and artichokes. Summer: red pepper; autumn: tomato and mozzarella; winter: mushrooms and boiled eggs. This makes a good sampler pizza with sections of artichoke, salami, or proto cotto, mushrooms, tomatoes.

10. Italian tuna is packed with olive oil, and other marine products such as anchovy, crustaceans, shrimp are also popular.

11. Pizza Ai Fanghi e Salsicce (or boscaiola) - mozzarella, mushrooms, sausages, no logo.

12. Italian Calzone is smaller than American cousin, often filled with meat such as spinach and mozzarella and fresh vegetables.

13. Pomodoro Pachino and Rughetta - Topping with cherry tomato and arugola.

14. Pizza Al Taglio is also called Pizza Stilka and is usually sold in Italy. Usually there is weight, mushrooms, onion, artichokes etc are piled up.

15. Pizza Focaccia - It is similar to the oldest pizza covered with olive oil, caramel onions and other delicious toppings without tomatoes and cheese.

16. Sfincione - Tomato sauce, anchovy (usually anchovy paste) is a thick Sicilian sheet pizza using bread crumb and caciocavallo (or other local varieties) cheese.

17. Desert Pizza - A new trend that gains popularity. It often has a combination of flavors such as Nutella, Honey, Fruit Jam, Yogurt, Mustard and Liquor.

18. Focacciar Al Roslino - Based on rosemary and olive oil, it is sometimes provisioned. This pizza is usually served as an appetizer.

Pizzaromana - There are tomatoes, mozzarella, capelli, anchovies.

20. Liguria pizza - topping with basilpest and tomato sauce.
