In short, EFT is a form of energy healing created by Gary Craig. EFT is based on acupuncture principles and you need to tap a point or energy path on a particular meridian. Tapping readjusts the balance of the energy system of the body.

Tap both sides of the body.
Start with the eyebrow point, tap with the three middle fingers, please put your pink if possible. At each point you follow, tap about 7 times on each side of the body.
